News, I've got some.

Last night at approximately 11;30PM, everybody only Ventrilo decided to DO something AWESOME. MR DANIEL1337 came up with a spectacular idea. Instead of drawing a penis this time, He said. "LETS DO THE EIFFEL TOWER!" but slowly turned into a Christmas Tree. Rofl. I know it's abit early for Christmas, but here it is.

Facebook + Microsoft

Now, if I remembered correctly, some people in Daniels crew talked about facebook a while ago. Yes I know, I have nothing to blog about T_T, however I did came across this.

Google and Microsoft was fighting over facebook, but it has been confirmed according to this article that Microsoft won that fight. Microsoft would invest $240 million in facebook to expand itself and its ties. OMFg $240 million... I wish I had that much money, and so, Facebook is now the 5th Most Valuable US Internet Company. ( source )

LONG LONG day....

Oh man! Today is such a long day ^_^ Okay, enough with my complaint.

Guy 1 : "WTF!?!?"
Girl 2 : "Did you know you can replace that !? with this ‽"

Yes I know, that was kinda lame, but do you know what happens when a ! and a ? fuses together turns into? Now I know this may seem a bit dragonball Z-ish but it is an actual punctuation mark. (well according to wikipedia) It is called the Interrobang .

It was invented by a Guy named Martain K. Specter, he thought it would look better, but it didn't quite make it to the standard set of punctuation marks.





Okay, I'm going to do some homework.

Windows XP SP3?? Vista SP1??

Okay, I'm more of a tech guy... so yeah.. my posts would be more about technology... ^_^

Well, I don't know what to say, however, please do note that this isn't the official SP3 for Windows XP. These are just patches that might make an appearance in the official SP3.
Same goes for Vista, however please take caution when installing, I would not take any responsibilities if this happens to stuff up your computer. USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Expansion of Venaddict + Others

Okay, I have sat and thought long and hard about this.

Venaddict, how I could implement some kind of system where it would be fair. And I've come to a conclusion that ALL Server Admin's are excluded. The reason for this:

- I thought, Hey. What does 1 Venaddict Award really mean? Well it means they show continuous dedication towards the server. agree? and so that is why I am now announcing that if you receive >FIVE< Venaddict Awards, You will be awarded and be privileged with the rights of being a Ventrilo Server Admin. Pretty cool eh?

- The new system of Winners is as follows: At the end of each month, the panel of admins will hold an Online Ventrilo Conference Meeting (OVCM) and discuss who will be worthy of this award. - How do I go about being 'worthy'? Basically, just be friendly, stay ACTIVE, help others, and make the most out of Ventrilo.

**** Side-note, WOW will you have a look @ those pictures. GAWD. GOOD WORK MAGGIE. She is now reaching or should I say about to surpass levels of Daniel Le. Which infact, are of standards of very high. For her virtuous efforts, I will be granting her all permissions within the Soul Ignition Society. :) Keep it up!

The Project V Campaign

Hello fellow Ventrilo-ers.

As stated already, Project V has commenced.
As an extension of the campaign, we should also try the face-to-face approach.

So as of tomorrow, I have prepared Post-It notes to stick on people's folders, back, hand; where ever, ranging from the school corridors, lockers, classroom windows, trees, behind toilet doors and the top of the urinal (:
EVERYWHERE.
We are talking about Post-Its, and with its convenient adhesive strip, we should exploit and campaign!

WE ARE AIMING 30 BY THE END OF THIS MONTH.
we're nearly there! (Y)

I'll post pictures up tomorrow of the Post-Its around the school, and on people themselves.
It should be good!

On another note, server administrators Daniel & Kewok have formed a tight relationship.
Congratulations!
Any suggestions as to which phone company Kewok to join, feel free to give your opinion.
Also, any suggestions or queries, don't ever hesitate to ask :D

Success on V-day

WELL. it was a long and tiring day on the 22nd of October, it was also a successful day too! Many people from around the area joined us on Ventrilo that night, and we broke the Server Record !! it is now 26 ! :D Good work everybody!

Now, I shall explain in more depth of what the Venaddict Award of the Month is.

This is how it goes, every month on the 30th/31st(depending what is the last day of the month) @ 10PM. I will determine who is the winner of this award,

How it works/How is the winner picked?
- The person that has the LONGEST duration on Ventrilo will win. This is NOT total time on Ventrilo, meaning, if you disconnect from Ventrilo, you're @ the bottom of the ladder again. To win, you must be the longest to stay on Ventrilo till the 30th/31st. So that way, everyone has a chance :) If you think it's unfair in some way, please tell me ~

What do WINNERS get?
- They receive a star reputation point among our community, he/she will be noted down as one of our finest customers. As a result, they will be published as Venaddict of the Month on the site(on your left) & on Ventrilo as well. Your name will be left there, till the new Venaddict arrives :)

Well today an exciting day!
Well, Alfred got his new phone today! Congratulations Alfred!
Okay, I happen to come across this today. This is a picture of a column in the newspaper and the woman is asking for help, and read what kind of answer she got.

Project-V has Begun!

It has begun! Today is the 22nd. and all GOOD things happen on the 22nd.
That is, I AM FINALLY UNCAPPED!.

Ventrilo Quality is now 2 of 3 :D

On a side-note, my Sony Ericsson K810i SHOULD be arriving today, if not i'll be god-damn pissed off.

And oh, last night on Ventrilo, We all joined forces together and drew a miraculous image(sorry i made it abit stretchy in the picture)

1 Day Left.. Project-V!

Here at Soul-Ignition, we like to give the community a little what we call 'surprise'. :)

On the 22nd of October, we are commencing Project-V.

What is it? It holds many changes to our company.

Firstly, we are setting the Ventrilo Voice Quality to 3 of 3. Which means Ventrilo will sound VERY Clear, so clear it is as if someone is sitting next to you and you hearing them talk. (If a number of people start to lag because of this, I will set it to 2 of 3, if same thing happens, I shall revert back to 1 of 3).

Secondly, our goal by the end of this month is to break our Server Record! At the moment, the current record is standing at 24 people. I'm pretty sure we can break this record if we all work hard and invite more people into Ventrilo. :)

Thirdly, I will be MASS sending E-mails to the community to inform them about Ventrilo, and what it does and so forth. So then, hopefully, they will be interested.

Finally, The 'Venaddict' Award will be introduced, where the most active user on Ventrilo will be awarded by this award.
